Adjunct Professor

With a MS in Organizational Leadership and a BS in Behavioral Science, Opal has been making her mark in the area of youth development and advocacy for several years.  She served as a Director for several non-governmental agencies which provides job training and behavioral modification training for development in youth. She is recognized for her special skills in empowering people.

A native of Jamaica, she strives to use her knowledge and skills to enhance the lives of the people in the community of the Allen-Shaw Reading Room.
